**Monthly Meetings on the 1st Thursday of every month via zoom**
2024
January 20th - Fox Company's annual classroom training and holiday party will be held at the Linden Hill's Historic Estate in Little Falls, Minnesota. We will portray F Company in the lead up to the invasion of Normandy, when they were stationed in and around Chilton Foliat, England.
May 17-19th - "Day of Days" join us as we walk in the footsteps of 2/502 as they descended on the Cotentin Peninsula shortly after midnight on June 6, 1944. This campaigner event will feature the most authentic simulated drop scenario possible, short of pushing us out of real C-47s.
August (exact date TBD) - "Marines in the Pacific" We'll trade in our wools and 42s for USMC dungarees as we recreate the Battle of Bougainville in late 1943.

2023
May 19-21st - "Battle of Bloody Gulch" Fox Company will recreate 2/502's pivotal action of the Normandy campaign, which took place SW of Carentan on June 13, 1944.
July 22nd - Fox Company's annual summer get together at the Lt.'s house in Roberts, Wisconsin. No scratchy wool, K-rats or night patrols. Just dinner, drinks and R&R.
September 22-23rd - "The Tennessee Maneuvers" We'll portray F Company as they prepared for war in the summer of 1943. Training will consist of field problems, PT and jump training.

February 19-20th - 1st platoon, Fox Company, 502nd PIR "North of Longchamps — Jan. 1945" - Fox Company will be out in the cold at our favorite German Hunting Camp looking for Krauts.
April Training and Party "April 1945" Fox company training and annual Unit Party. PT will start out the day, followed by field exercises, Platoon movement and practicing close contact drills. Unit history and weapon familiarization will commence inside followed by the often imitated, never duplicated Unit Party. All of the cool kids will be there and you should too! This is a late War themed party with Ike Jackets and appropriate awards. Make sure you are squared away.

With misdropped paratroopers continuing to trickle in, the 2nd Battalion 502 takes up a reserve position outside of St. Come Du Mont. This is the kickoff to 2021 and will be a held in Southern Iowa. Uniform standards and expectations have been sent and will be followed. See your Squad leader for more information.

Expect constant combat patrols, field scenarios, and contact with German snipers and resistance. We will also be asked to participate in Operation Pegasus and attempt to rescue trapped British Paratroops across the Rhine River. M43's and Double Buckles will be the uniform of the day. See your squad leader for more information.

May 23 - Richard Bong Veteran's Historical Center Memorial Weekend BBQ & Military Vehicle Show - This is a static display option but a great fund raiser for the Museum and possible recruiting event. July 4th - Parade in Alexander, MN. A sign up sheet will be sent on the Unit site for interest and information.
July 11th - Spring Swing Big Band Hangar Dance. The Fall Big Band event through the Commemorative Air Force. See their site for tickets. www.cafmn.org. Information: Tickets - $15 in advance or $18 at the Door. The doors open at 6 p.m. with free dance lesson from TC Swing at 7 p.m. Dance patrons will enjoy music by the Roseville Big Band starting at 8 p.m. Military/Student discount at the door with valid ID. Food and drinks are available to purchase. We also offer aircraft and vehicle tours, photo opportunities and there are prizes awarded for the best WWII era dress. This year, we have three food trucks to choose from- Panini PinUps and Outlaw Grill Food truck. July 24th - Retreat to Rome Bloomfield, IA. Set up: This is not a standard tactical... we will set up chain of command and a small script for basis of things. Don't come here expecting to go crazy with blanks. This will be patrol actions, skirmishes and a lot of regular soldier work. We have over 200 acres of rolling hills and woods with wide creek beds. Digging in, Bunkers, MG nests and all are all game and will stay in place no need to fill shit in after words. This is an event to immerse into the life of the soldier during WWII. Meals will be provided, covered by your registration. But expect them to come in period food containers to be served out. We hope you can all come out. Immerse into the roll of a soldier and enjoy the chance to really get the feel that public events don't give. The uniform of the day will be the 34th ID. (non Airborne event)
